Common Violation Types
False Information
Content containing unverified information, exaggerated product claims, or false advertising that may mislead other users.
Exaggerated Advertising
Regular cosmetics or food products cannot be advertised with special effects such as "whitening" or "immune-boosting". Non-medical products or services cannot claim disease prevention or treatment effects. In sponsored content, claims of achieving specific results in a short time (e.g., "lose 20 pounds in a week") are prohibited. Avoid using superlative terms like "national level", "highest grade", or "best" to describe products or services.
Fabricated Experiences
Content creators faking or plagiarizing others' experiences; brands orchestrating marketing campaigns where creators publish brand-produced content disguised as authentic experiences. Directly copying others' materials or mixing them into personal posts reduces credibility. Posts containing fake experiences or content inconsistent with account identity will lower trustworthiness.
Title and Cover Issues
Using exaggerated, sensational, or inappropriate expressions in post covers or titles for product recommendations reduces reference value and may mislead others. For example, titles or covers with excessive appeal to the opposite sex or degrading female friendships to create buzz.
Causing Discomfort
Post covers should use clear and aesthetically pleasing content. First images showing bloody scars, skin blemish close-ups, or other unsightly content will not be recommended.
Excessive Beautification
Excessive use of skin smoothing, filters, or beauty effects that exaggerate product results beyond actual effects. Using unreasonable before/after comparisons to suggest or promise product effects, making it difficult for users to perceive real results.
Forced Product Placement
Using sharing, education, or recommendation pretexts to attract clicks, but including abrupt product promotions or forced sales pitches that lack coherence with the main content or title.
Lack of Qualification
Certain special-purpose products or services require relevant qualification certificates before creators can publish sponsored content.
Industries Requiring Qualifications:
- Special cosmetics (whitening, anti-hair loss, sunscreen, hair dye, perm products)
- Health foods (products claiming effects on spots, gut flora, digestion, immunity, eye fatigue, growth, anemia)
- Medical devices and institutions (contact lenses, colored contacts, ear thermometers, medical dressings, dental care, health check centers, maternity centers)
Minor Marketing
Strictly prohibited to use child stars under 10 years old or their images for product/service promotion. Minors cannot promote products/services in first person or appear in content inappropriate for minors (including minor-related emojis). Minors are only allowed to model for children's health foods, cosmetics, infant formula, etc.
Inconsistent with Registration
Products or services recommended in posts do not match the brands registered in the Dandelion system, affecting user experience.
