RedNote

RedNote Traffic Rules

Content Distribution Process

After publishing a note on RedNote, it goes through four key stages:

1.

AI Review

System checks for prohibited words or inappropriate content.

2.

Initial Traffic Assignment

Based on account weight. New accounts typically receive around 100 views. Higher-weighted accounts may receive more initial traffic.

3.

Traffic Expansion

Content performance determines if it enters larger traffic pools.

4.

Recommendation Period

Average content typically stops being recommended within days; high-quality content may continue receiving recommendations for weeks or months.

Initial Traffic Factors

Initial traffic is primarily determined by:

  • • Content quality and account weight
  • • Match between content and topic tags
  • • Previous violation records
